The houses we offer are of a high or exceptional level of comfort.
If a holiday house is not up to our standards we will not offer it to our clients. We prefer to invest in quality.

Openness: No Surprises
The price and cost of the holiday houses is clearly stated and there are no additional costs.

Where possible we give an all-inclusive price, if the owner is not in agreement we will list all additional costs. The cost of Residence Mare Azzurro near Arbatax is all-inclusive.

Two forms of contracts:

1. Rent directly from the Company that manages the holiday homes. The price advertised is the price you pay.
   
2. Rent through a broker: again the price advertised is the price you pay including any commission due to the broker.
